Birthday Wish List

On Wednesday, I featured lots of goodies to help my hubby out

I am really loving this military style jacket with black sleeves 

from JCPenney. 

I purchased this coat several weeks ago and it's finally cooled off enough

this week to wear it....YAY!!!

Indoor Christmas decorations are going up this weekend...

or at least I have high hopes that they will.

I'm having some surgery next week so getting

my Christmas tree up is top priority.

Bailey can hardly wait for our elves to arrive!

Maybe since the Christmas decorations are going up they will

show up a little early this year.

For a few years we've just had the boy elf, Skippy. 

Last year a girl elf arrived named Ginger.

I love these elves  just as much as  Bailey...what can

 I say- I'm still a kid at  heart.

I found this the other day and of course our elf had to have it!

So happy that Riley Sasser is now home from the hospital.
He was involved in a horrific accident where a train struck his
vehicle back in June of this year.
Please continue to lift him up daily.

 My dearest friend Laura gave birth to this beautiful baby girl on Tuesday!
Isn't she just precious!
Yes, while holding the baby I tried to take a selfie!!!

Prayers for this sweet baby and her family!

Fair Fun

Mondays come way too quickly around here!

Regardless...we had a nice weekend.

On Friday I stopped by school to eat lunch with Bailey.

She was chosen as Student of the Month and was

given a paw sticker.

 Friday night we took on the

Wayne County Fair, but

first we took a selfie!!!!

 Just as soon as we got there Madison & Landon ditched us...so

poor Bailey was left with Mom & Dad.

She loves to play the games...a.k.a "throwing away my $$$$."

She won 2 fish!

 This makes her happy!

She won a few stuffed animals...Yay!!!

 Quick selfie while we waited to catch up with Madison & Landon.

 Bailey wouldn't ride any rides without her Sissy.

 Bailey loved this ride and it looks like Madison & Landon did also!

 I couldn't believe Bailey rode this ride...

 Sissy can talk her into anything!!!

 The hubs ran into one of his buddies at the fair, Little Danny!

As soon as we got home we had to get the new fish all set up in 

their new home.

I just new they would be floating Saturday morning, but to my surprise they

are still swimming!

Bailey loves feeding them.

That was pretty much our excitement for the weekend!

Saturday we stayed around the house and 

Sunday we enjoyed church as a family.

Bonfire Family Time

Friday evening we ventured next door to my brother and sister-in-law's house

for a hot dog cook out and some family time!

 The temperature was perfect for a nice bonfire. 

 My nephew, Trey waiting patiently for another hot dog.

 My sister-in-law, Christel with my hubby Gene and also my brother-in-law, Jay 

showing off their dogs!

 Inside Bailey was staying close to Madison's boyfriend, Landon.

She loves seeing him just as much as Madison!

 Saturday morning Bailey went for a bike ride and I walk/ran to try and keep up with her.

Needless to say it didn't last long...she just doesn't enjoy the outdoors!

Saturday evening we went out to eat as a family then to a movie.

Gene & Madison saw the Maze Runner and 

Bailey and I saw Dolphin Tale 2.

Great weekend spent with my loves!

Thanks so much for every one's comments and emails on my

 I've been admiring these wrapped bracelets for a while now!

These two are definitely my favorite that I've made.

I bought these for my girls and I've been eating them!

When I walk past the pantry...I can hear these little pumpkins 

calling my name!

Everybody loves Little Debbie.

Just purchased THESE and I really like the color and fit.

Excited to create a few outfits around them!

I was so excited for Nashville to return this week!

Great show...the hubby doesn't like it, but oh well!!!

#5 CLEAN HOUSE 

A clean house is definitely one of my favorite things!

So after running a few errands that's what I'll be doing...

unless that cleaning fairy happens to show up!
