Easter Egg Fun

We are so ready to celebrate 

Easter!

On Saturday afternoon Bailey and I 

dyed Easter eggs...sad to say, but this is the

first time I've dyed eggs with her and she's 7 years old.  I feel like I've failed as a mom some how.

So I decided it was due time that I make this special memory with my little girl.

We had a great time dyeing eggs.

 I picked this kit up at our local dollar store.

Looks fun...right!!

 It's been so long since I've done this...

trying to get all our stuff organized so we could get started.

 Bailey wanted to do it all by herself.

 Trying to be careful while pulling the eggs out.

 She had the best time.

 Such pretty colors.

 Once the eggs were dry she added the 

funny stickers and we glued on their

crazy hair.

I think they turned out great!

We had dance pics this weekend.

 Bailey is all fancy with her hair and make-up...thanks

to my oldest daughter Madison for her help!

 Madison had her friend spend the night and for some reason they hung out in the kitchen for a while on  the floor. 

Crazy Girls!!!

On Sunday my husband's grandmother celebrated 

her 91st BIRTHDAY!!

 The family gathered together to enjoy cake & ice cream with her.

Doesn't she make 91 look amazing!

Grandma Rhee enjoyed every moment of her little party and she was so sweet!

Myrtle Beach Fun

Our family took a little mini vacation

to Myrtle Beach last weekend.

We had the best time!

Bailey was super excited about missing 2 days of school.

She made sure to write in her school agenda about our trip and the first day of Spring!

So Sweet!

We are on our way!

There is a car show that the hubby enjoys going to while us girls go and do our own thing.

It works!!

Friday morning we dropped Daddy off at the car show and then we got our shop on at the

Tanger Outlets!

Bailey was so excited to go to

Pirate's Voyage Friday night!

She asked at least 1,000 times all day Friday

how much longer before time to go.

 Pirate's Voyage is a great show!

We had a blast!

 Then this girl was ready to head back to the hotel

to go swimming!

She went swimming every night once we got back to the hotel.  She loves the water.

 On Saturday we dropped Daddy off again at the car show and we did more shopping this time at the mall.

The girls love doing this trampoline apparatus.

 Madison had a blast doing flips over and over again...

Bailey just enjoys jumping...no flips!!!

 Madison purchased a Selfie Stick.

We had the best time taking selfies with this thing.

True meaning of,

"Shop Till You Drop!"

 Saturday afternoon we ate at Planet Hollywood!

This was our first visit and it was a lot of fun!

 Planet Hollywood has tons of memorabilia from movies.  Little did I know we were sitting right under this car and it was from Beverly Hills, 90210.

This was Dylan's actual Porsche from the show.

I am a huge 90210 fan...like I still LOVE

watching the re-runs!

 We then walked around at Broadway at the Beach.

Daddy & Bailey are always cutting up!

Sunday came way too fast!

Here Bailey is showing off her new back pack just before we loaded up the truck.

We stopped at a yummy Pancake House to enjoy

breakfast before heading home!

So thankful for this little get-a-away with my

family!

Weekend Wrap-Up, Sweet 16 Dance & Happy St. Patrick's Day

Hope you're wearing GREEN today!!!

We started off our morning with a little surprise from the 

LEPRECHAUNS!

Yep...they visit our house and leave a little something for the girls!

 The leprechauns brought a Wal-mart gift card, gummy bears & a scarf.

Gummy bears make everyone happy!!!!

Madison & Landon attended a 

Sweet Sixteen Dance on Saturday!

 I can't get over how beautiful she is!

Her beauty runs deep...she's just as beautiful on 

the inside as she is on the outside.

 Such a sweet couple!

Prom is coming up in April and luckily we found

the perfect dress this weekend!

But...I thought it would be fun to pull out my old prom dresses and let Madison try them on.

 I can't get over how well these dresses have held up over the years! 

 This white was her favorite!

Now...these dresses look just as good as some of those Sherry Hill prom dress...don't you think?!?!

 These girls played all afternoon!

APRIL :)

Life Lately...

We've had some beautiful weather here in 

eastern N.C. the past few days and we crowd

are loving it!

 Volleyball is our life...

 Bleacher selfie while we cheer Madison on!

 After volleyball Madison & I did a little shopping.

She has a semi-formal dance coming up...so

we hit the mall to look for dresses.

 We found the perfect dress...pics coming next week.

We shopped up quite an appetite...

Madison wanted Red Lobster.

 This girl can tear up some crab legs!

 We hurried home after church to change clothes and soak up this beautiful weather!

 Bailey was so excited to play outside!
