Friday Favorites- Happy Fall!

Happy Friday!
and to make your Friday even better-
It's the first day of FALL!

Who else is excited for pumpkin flavored everything, sweaters,
cooler weather, longer evenings and the holidays?
ME!!!

We've had a wonderful week and hope that you have also.
Here are a few highlights from this week.

We spent a huge part of our weekend painting our front door RED!
Well, actually the hubby painted it!
I did pick out the first color which did not turn out so hot
so I went and picked out a different red and as you can
see it turned out much better!

I love red doors!
So tickled with how it turned out!
I also love my PUMPKIN-
One of my dear friends did this for me.
She is so talented.
Be sure to check out her Facebook Page HERE.

Madison and I had a conversation about piercings not realizing she
took it as an OKAY to go get her 2nd holes.
She sent me this snap and it took me a few minutes to realize
what she had done!
Oh well, there are definitely worse things she could do!

How amazing is it to know that God wanted YOU
in this big & mighty world to live for His purpose!
If you missed my blog post from Wednesday- Be sure

I've been working on a few necklaces and bracelets for fall!

Love this necklace!
Be sure to check out new

This girl and I had some errands to run with Grandma
the other night so we stopped per her request
at Panera to eat.
She got a yummy bread bowl with broccoli cheddar soup.
I got the Autumn Squash soup.
Both were delicious!

Before heading home we grabbed some
Krispy Kreme doughnuts.
The HOT sign was on...we couldn't resist!

How Amazing!

In the hustle and bustle of everyday life we can get so
caught up with work, kids, sickness, bills and the list goes
on and on.
What we forget so many times is that we were created
for a wonderful purpose.

How amazing is it that the same God that created the heavens
and the earth, the moon, sun and stars and the beautiful
mountains and oceans thought this world needs a
 "YOU."
It is by no mistake that YOU are here!
I don't know about you, but this makes me excited to know
how much I am loved by my heavenly father.
Each day is a new opportunity to make the most
of your life or your situation to bring glory to HIM.
His mercies are new every morning.
If you mess up today...He still loves you and needs you here for
HIS PURPOSE!
What is HIS PURPOSE for your life?
That my friend is for you to pray and seek what He has in store for you!
Don't sit and wait for it to fall into your lap.
Proverbs 3:5-6,
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not
on your own understanding;
in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight.

***************************************************
And without faith it is impossible to please God, because
anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him
Hebrews 11:6

Be encourage today by the simple fact that God saw it fit
that YOU should be born and live righteously for Him.
Don't waste another day questioning--- instead
trust and believe on
HIS PROMISES!!!

Have a blessed Wednesday!

XOXO,
April

FRIDAY FAVORITES

YAY! YAY!
for
FRIDAY!!
I'm linking up with Andrea, Narci and Erika for my
Friday Favorites.

On Saturday we ventured to the
Cliffs of the Neuse State Park.
It's not far from our house so we went
hiking with some friends and enjoyed a picnic!
My sweet friend Kendi and I trying to keep up with our girls.

 Yep...they're Tree Huggers!!!

So much fun exploring and not to mention the weather was beautiful!

We had the best time!
Can't wait to do it again.

My crew running late for church as always!

As a dance teacher I get to love on some adorable ballerinas.
This little one here was not too excited about dance class until it
was time to leave...then she just didn't want to leave!
How sweet!

I had to run some errands on Tuesday and stopped to do
some shoe shopping.
Yep...these came home with me!

FRIDAY FAVORITES

I'm linking up today with ERIKA, NARCI and ANDREA for
my Friday Favorites!

It's been a great week here in Bucklesberry!
I mean who doesn't love a 4 day week--I could do this every week!

Last Saturday we ventured to the American Girl Doll store in Raleigh.
Bailey loves her dolls and all the little accessories that can purchased
for them.

We spent probably an hour in the store just browsing and
Bailey playing with all of the little doll sets.
I loved dolls as a child so I can relate to her obsession.

 Cheesecake...why not?!
So many to choose from!
My favorite is the Adam's Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Ripple- Delicious!!

 Sunday morning family selfie!
Love my crew!

We spent our Labor Day by the pool with friends and
then cooked up a Low Country Boil!
It was so good.

The hubby and I had some quiet time on the swing
watching the sun set.

 Back to school on Tuesday.

And on Tuesday was back to work for me.
Selfie celebrating 13 years!

I have the cutest little kinder dance class ever!
They are just precious at this age.

 Bailey had dance classes yesterday.
She's growing up!

Dance with friends makes it FUN!

After dance- BOJANGLES!

Praying for all those in the path of Hurricane Irma.

Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Friday Friends!
I'm linking up today with Andrea, Erika and Narci for
my Friday Favorites!
friday favorites
It's been a busy week trying to get back into the swing of things.

Last Friday, Bailey and I had a girls night out.
We enjoyed a quick dinner and a movie.
We saw the movie, Leap.
Such a great movie and of course I loved it since I'm a dance teacher.

On Sunday, we celebrated our sweet friend's graduation ceremony
at their church.  They have this really nice event for the girls that
are going to middle school once they've completed courses,
attended Bible lessons and served in the community.
It was super sweet and so glad we were a part of it!

I'm a huge Pioneer Woman fan and ever since
my sister-in-law recommended her book I can't put it down.
Ree is a really great writer and not just about cooking.
We visited her restaurant, The Mercantile this summer and
stayed in a cute B&B.  If you missed it you can read all

 Game Night at the Parrish's!
Bailey picked UNO!

I noticed Bailey's little chalkboard and requested a pic with it.
She pretends like she doesn't like school, but I think she really does-
this right here proves it!!!!

After dinner one night Daddy suggested we go out for
ice cream and were all like YES!!!

 All of our yummy flavors!

Not sure what they're up to!

 Bailey's first eye exam.

Daddy had an eye exam as well.

After the eye appointments we had an early dinner.
This girl loves Mexican food!  She could live on it.

 This one too!

She requested a pic before school since she was so cute!

We are also praying hard for
TEXAS!
I can't imagine what many are going through.
