We've had a great start to our week!
Last night just the girls and I went to our first Christmas Party of the season.
The Ladies Circle Group at our church had their annual Christmas gathering
and we all had a great time with lots of food and fellowship.
There were so many scrumptious finger foods that filled the table and
I had fun taste testing them all.
I love the holidays; especially FOOD!!!
After the food we gathered in a circle and enjoyed reading in the
BIBLE. We read the beautiful CHRISTmas story of Jesus's birth.
Then it was time for Presents!
We each brought a $5 gift and drew numbers to go to the tree and pick a gift.
Bailey and Little Avery decided ahead of time they would exchange gifts.
Bailey was super excited with her gift from Avery and her family.
It is a WONDERLOOM kit to make friendship bracelets!
Just what Bailey has been asking for.
Bailey got Avery an adorable Minnie's BOW-tique play phone.
I think she was tickled with her gift also!
Madison waited patiently for her number to be called so she could receive a gift.
She got a Chris Tomlin Christmas CD. I can't wait to listen to it!
We all played a few games and Bailey won this little Santa hat with leopard trim.
Now that's my kind of Santa hat!!!!!
What a great way to get our holidays started with none other than our church family.
So thankful for our church and its' members at Walnut Creek OFWB Church.

Gene's Grandmother, we call her Grandma Rhee, is in the nursing home in Snow Hill due to a fall a few weeks ago.
She has an injury to her hip and will be undergoing therapy.
Here is a pic of Grandma Dora & Grandma Rhee on Christmas.
She is a sweet lady that needs our prayers.
Please keep her in your prayers.
Now, let's see what Skippy's up to!
I was astonished when I walked into the kitchen this morning and saw what Skippy had done.
He got happy with mama's Christmas bows!
