Happy Friday Friends!
I'm linking up with
Andrea, Narci and Erika today to bring
you my
Friday Favorites.

#1
Skippy and Ginger
We always look forward to seeing what our silly elves are
up to each morning.
I blogged yesterday about our elves and had some
really fun ideas that I've seen for your elf.
Here's where we found those elves this morning.
Skippy is hanging from the cabinet and
Ginger is ready for some hot cocoa!
Also be sure to follow my pinterest page to keep up with Skippy and Ginger.

Spaghetti Tacos
My oldest daughter, Madison has been begging for
me to make spaghetti tacos.  This was definitely a
first for me and our crew, but anything for my girls.
I just made our normal spaghetti recipe and bought
hard shell tacos and there you go...
You have spaghetti tacos.

Madison's selfie as she enjoyed her spaghetti tacos.
Bailey told me several times last night how yummy they were!
If they're happy...I'm happy!

Shopping!!!
I seriously need to get busy
Christmas shopping...anyone else behind like me?
Here are some great gifts...
I've talked about this cardigan before and it deserves
discussion again.
The hubby purchased this for me for my birthday and
I LOVE IT!!!
So soft and comfy.  Pictured here as lingerie, but
I wear mine out.

I really like the look of these
Kate Spade Glitter earrings.
So pretty and affordable.

I found this scarf at Target a few weeks ago.
Very similar to the blanket scarves that are so popular.
This one is big, but not too big.

All of us girls need a fur vest this holiday season!
Love this option from Target.

Elf on the Shelf

If you have an
Elf on the Shelf
then this is a must read!
My youngest daughter, Bailey has absolutely
no trouble getting up to go to school during the month of
December...when her feet hit the floor she's on the search
 to see what
Skippy and Ginger
are up to!

I must admit...I enjoy it just as much
as she does!
The excitement she has when looking for him and OH... the questions
about how and why.
I of course don't have the answers for everything, but I simply explain,
"They're Elves!"
Kids are only kids for a short time so why not enjoy this special magic that
they believe.

Let's see what our Elves have been up to...
Here they are enjoying a marshmallow bath!

Ginger playing in my make-up and check out her hair accessories.

Skippy turned toilet paper rolls into a snowman!

Here are some other fun ideas for your
Elf on the Shelf.

Love this one!!!

This is a fun way to count down to Christmas.

Sack Race!!!

Elf strung up in lights.

My favorite with the Elf cradling baby Jesus.

Candy Cane Scavenger Hunt.

The Elf on the Shelf is a lot of fun, but I always remind
my girls that the true meaning of Christmas is not in these silly elves or
the presents we receive it's about the birth of our
Lord and Savior,
Jesus Christ.

Keep up with me everyday.
